A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
To all current and future members of the Midwest Martial Arts League:
I want to thank you for becoming part of our organization. It is our intention to provide all our members with professional and traditional training. We want all our members to be proud of their martial art, their school, their instructor, and their organization.
We are not looking to be the largest or most powerful martial arts organization; we are simply looking to be the highest level of quality anyone can find. I believe our approach to instruction, using General Choi’s Chang-Hon system will provide the most practical, realistic, and scientific means for you and your students.
The MMAL will provide assistance and guidance for you and your students. It is not our intention to tell you how to operate your school. It is our intention to give you the proper tools to instruct with. We want quality students, those who are willing to sacrifice to improve their own lives and the lives of those around them. The MMAL does not want nor will we keep students who just sit back and do not participate. We want schools and students who will continually give to the art and those in it. Remember, we are all white belts and can learn from anyone.
It is an honor to have you as part of our martial art family and a member of the Midwest Martial Art League.
Sincerely,
GM Dan Valin
Dan Valin – 9th Dan
